BYLAW NO. 1149

A BYLAW TO PROVIDE TAX EXEMPTIONS FOR PLACES OF WORSHIP AND COMMUNITY HALLS

The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Tax Exemption Bylaw (Places of Worship and Community Halls) No. 1149, 2024.”

2. The following properties, excluding that proportion of the said lands and improvements that may at any point during the period of exemption be deemed to be used for profit purposes, are hereby declared exempt from taxation for the years 2025 to 2034 inclusive, pursuant to Sections 224(2)(a) and 224(2)(f) of the Community Charter:

   (c) Property Identifier: PID 007-490-429; Block 9, Plan VIP1407, Section 9, Roll Number: 401-07647.010 Owner: Strawberry Vale and District Community Club
