BYLAW NO. 1129

A BYLAW TO DEDICATE PART OF 80 ATKINS ROAD AS HIGHWAY

The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

  1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Highway Dedication Bylaw No. 1129, 2023”.

  2. That part of real property owned by the Town of View Royal and shown as “Subject Area” on the plan attached to this Bylaw as Schedule “A” is hereby dedicated as highway.

  3. The Mayor and Corporate Officer are authorized to execute all documents and plans necessary to implement the power and authority exercised by this Bylaw, and the Corporate Officer is authorized to affix the seal of the corporation to documents and plans where necessary.
