Please be advised, the Town of View Royal Building Department is seeking a Council resolution to place a notice on the title of your property with a civic address of 21 Eaton Avenue, Victoria, BC and a legal description of LOT E, SECTION 9, ESQUIMALT DISTRICT, PLAN VIP4018, PID: 006-169-881.
Attached to this Notice is the report that will be presented to Mayor and Council along with all of the support documentation.
The report will be brought forward at the Council meeting on Tuesday, July 18, 2023. The meeting begins at 7:00 pm.
This notification serves to give you or an advisor an opportunity to speak to Mayor and Council on the matter at hand.
