- J. Bradbury’s submission could be distracting for drivers

- Avoid glossy anti-graffiti coating (due to reflectivity)
- Add add’l “crosswalk ahead” warning sign for northbound approach
- Near crosswalk, artists have demonstrated simple palette to mitigate camouflaging and used lighter colour to help enhance contrast with pedestrians

RECOMMENDATION:
THAT the mural design submitted by Jesse Campbell in response to the “Call to Artists” issued June 26, 2023 be selected for the public art acquisition mural project for the Helmcken Road trestle (N-093).
