File No. 4545.010
"Double Registered"

Mr. and Mrs. P. Alcock 14 Helmcken Road VICTORIA, B.C. V8Z 5G7
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Alcock:
Re: Building Permit No. 32591 - 14A Helmcken Road
During our last inspection of your premises last year, you informed me that the exterior of the structure would be completed within a very short period of time. The main item of concern are the windows, which are still not installed.
We cannot permit this to continue forever, as there are regulations governing the completion of the building.
Therefore, you have 60 days upon receipt of this notice to have the exterior of the structure complete, and this includes the windows.
The Town of View Royal has a ticketing system, and each day this contravention continues after the 60 days constitutes an offence. For your information, each offence under our ticketing system will be a $300. fine.
I hope this matter is rectified at your earliest convenience.
Yours truly,
TOWN OF VIEW ROYAL
