Re: 14A Helmcken Road Illegal Suites
Please be advised, the Town of View Royal Building and Bylaw department has recently become aware there may be more than one dwelling located at 14A Helmcken Road.
The current zoning of the property is R-1A One Family Residential.
The Town Building Official and Bylaw Officer will be conducting an inspection of the property and the dwelling on Monday November 14, 2011 at 10:00 am. Please advise all tenants of the inspection,
Failure to comply will result in further legal action by the Town of View Royal.
