Dear Sir/Madam:
Re: 14A Helmcken Road Violation of Safe Premises Bylaw No. 652, 2007
Please be advised, the Town of View Royal Building and Bylaw department has recently become aware of violations to the Safe Premises Bylaw No. 652, 2007.
Situations involving the BC Ambulance, Fire Department as well as the West Shore RCMP have brought to our attention unsafe conditions. Attached to this letter is a copy of Schedule "B" Hazardous Conditions Requirements List.
Also as per the Bylaw, a Schedule "D" Notice has been posted on the front door restricting any entry or occupancy of the structure until such time that the Schedule "B" is satisfied.
I have also attached a copy of the Bylaw for your review.
There will be costs involved with regards to special inspections and fees, these will be calculated and you will be notified accordingly.
A date of December 24, 2014 has been given as the 90 day period to complete the Hazardous Conditions List as per the Bylaw.
