I am not sure if this is the correct area to forward this. I have a concern about the build up of garbage in my neighbours (14 Helmcken Rd) yard. There is a mixture of broken up furniture, garbage, old building materials, doors etc that seems to be growing weekly. The building in question is the large 3 story residence on the corner of Helmcken and Camden Ave and I believe the address is # 14 Helmcken Rd.
Every year this seems to be a problem and the landlord visits regularly but nothing is done about the garbage.
I would appreciate it if you could address this issue so that there it is cleaned up and there are no further occurrences.
