The house [Redacted] at approximately 16 Helmeken Ave. Tall grey and black tudor house. There have been many complaints about this house in the past. Pretty much every month we have been woken up by some disturbance of people yelling at each other for at least an hour. I know this property has a number of suites in it that have been rented out. I will start calling police to have these issues dealt with. This building has been such trouble for our whole neighborhood. Can you please contact the ownerso they are made aware of the situation?
