     • Letter of Inspection dated January 15, 2015 addressed To All Tenants and Occupants at 14A Helmcken Road, Victoria, BC, a copy of which is attached to this affidavit and marked as Exhibit B.

2. I served each document(s) referred to in section 1 of this affidavit by handing to and leaving copies with Philip Vian Alcock personally at 1641 Haultain Street, Victoria, British Columbia, on January 16, 2015 at 12:15 p.m.
