Re:17a - we just rec'd notification in the mail today, and your deadline said Mar 3? If the access to these homes is via Bishon Place we have no issue relating to moving View Royal forward. Jedburgh Place homes, with the suites, causes vehicles to park on Jedburgh Road, on our/city lawn and digging it up (we try to keep it nice)! 17a's access to Jedburgh would be too much added traffic, plus the additional, potential housing, that may happen at the end of Jedburgh closer to new fireball. With the old island hwy changes near new firehall the old island highway was raised causing the "sight line" being affected to check traffic before turning right off Jedburgh onto old island highway! The sight line has still not been corrected on Helmcken yet, that was promised, to give a transportation and highways quality "sight line" for the reisdents of Jedburgh, Jedburgh place, and Garrington, to safely begin turning left onto Helmcken! View Royal has caused Jedburgh Road drivers to have challenges with "sight lines" either way they try to exit! Please do not add more traffic to an already challenged driving road, unless both exits of Jedburgh get fixed properly for residents to be Abe to safely turn left onto Helmcken and to safely turn right, and left if you wish, onto the old island highway,! Thank you in advance for addressing these concerns, and past View Royal promises!
