I am in favour of allowing the fencing height variance for Marnie and Jay Pringle at 130 Burnett Rd.
In fact, I am in favour of a height variance for any other property that borders the Rail Trail. Many backyards are now quite exposed.
I believe a precedent has already been set with an 8ft variance allowed on Glenairlie Drive.
