BYLAW NO 920, 2015 BEING A FINANCIAL PLAN BYLAW
RECOMMENDATION:
THAT the Town of View Royal Financial Plan Bylaw No. 920, 2015 be given first, second and third readings.
CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER'S COMMENTS:
I concur with the recommendation.
BACKGROUND:
Section 165 of the Community Charter stipulates that a municipality must have a financial plan that is adopted annually, by bylaw, before the annual property tax bylaw is adopted. The deadline for adoption is May 14 each year.
RECOMMENDATION:
THAT the Town of View Royal Financial Plan Bylaw No. 920, 2015 be given first, second and third readings.
