    a) Tree Removal Application – 25 Stoneridge Drive

    Staff Recommendation: THAT Council approves the removal of one (1) tree at 25 Stoneridge Drive as requested; AND THAT as per the Town’s Tree Protection Bylaw 695, that two (2) trees be replanted (2:1 ratio) for this one (1) tree to be removed with the requirement that the replacement trees be Garry Oaks.

    b) West Shore Parks and Recreation Society 2015 Annual General Meeting

    Staff Recommendation: THAT Council appoint a Town of View Royal owner representative for the purpose of the West Shore Parks and Recreation 2015 Annual General meeting to be held June 11, 2015.

    c) 2014 Climate Action Revenue Incentive Program (CARIP)

    1. Report dated May 14, 2015 from the Senior Planner ....................................................Pg. 23-40

    Staff Recommendation: THAT the report dated May 14, 2015 from the Senior Planner titled “2014 Climate Action Revenue Incentive Program (CARIP)” be received; AND THAT carbon offsets be purchased from an accredited provider by June 2, 2015 so that the Town will be officially carbon neutral in operations for the 2014 reporting year.
