Good morning everyone,

As per the WSPRS Board Policy Manual, Part III, Section A.3 – Board Operations/Board Meetings/Rules of Procedures, Members are to appoint alternates to attend Meetings on behalf of a Director who is unable to attend.

Voting:

Voting shall be by a show of hands, by voice or by ballot if demanded. Each Board Director including the Chair has one vote; a tied vote defeats the motion. The Chair does not have a second or casting vote.

Motions shall be carried by a simple majority vote. No proxy voting.

Members may appoint an alternate Director to attend meetings in case of absence of a Director.

Would you kindly provide the name(s) of the alternate who may attend on behalf of the Directors appointed by your municipality?
