Below is a picture of our pavers that I suspect are now heaving because of the roots of the tree on the other side of your fence.

As much as we like the tree it has already caused you considerable damage and I suspect we may have the same issues in the future if the tree is not removed.

Steve and I support your plans to have the tree removed.
