Re: 2429 Chilco Rd. – Amendment to Development Permit

I have attached for your consideration our application to amend our existing Environmental Development Permit No. 2010/05.

The ditch that was once part of the original permit, and contained in the Riparian Assessment Report dated June 4, 2010, has now been replaced by a culvert which changes the physical character of the site and necessitates an amendment to the permit.

The culvert has been installed and we are developing the site and have approved engineering plans for servicing including a new site plan, cross sections, and lot grading plan. I request that the permit be amended to delete the old plans and attach the new approved plans.

At the time the property was rezoned and the development permit approved we were required to register a covenant to include the Fire Interface requirements for the rear of the lots along the private property to the west. Limona Construction has purchased the west property and it also has been cleared for development along the area covered by the covenant. We also request that this covenant be removed as it is no longer applicable.

The new plans have been attached to the amended permit application for your consideration.
