This proposal meets all requirements and guidelines as outlined in the Environmental Protection and Natural Hazard Development Permit Areas, as outlined by View Royal:
- will not alter the contours of the land
- will not negatively impact the ecological health of the immediate area
- will ensure that public access along the shore will be maintained
- it will not limit opportunities for water access for neighbouring private properties
- this dock will be built to only provide us with access to the water and for seasonal boating opportunities
- we have followed and will comply with all guidelines for construction of new docks
- we have had an Environmental Assessment report completed by a professional third party
