This proposal meets all requirements and guidelines as outlined in the Environmental Protection and Natural Hazard Development Permit Areas, as outlined by View Royal:

• will not alter the contours of the land
• will not negatively impact the ecological health of the immediate area
• will ensure that public access along the shore will be maintained
• it will not limit opportunities for water access for neighbouring private properties
• this dock will be built to only provide us with access to the water and for seasonal boating opportunities
• we have followed and will comply with all guidelines for construction of new docks
• we have had an Environmental Assessment report completed by a professional third party
