Phase 2 DP Amendment - Landscape Revisions

June 8, 2015

Notes

The proposed landscape revision accomodates removal of 3 parking stalls on the north property line due to steep terrain, and replacement of a proposed grass area on the north end of the podium with an extensive style green roof planted with shade tolerant plants. The area originally proposed for parking will be landscaped with trees and shrubs originally proposed for areas near the 3 parking stalls (with slight quantity increase of Creeping Oregon Grape & Kinnickinnick). Recommended plant selections for the green roof are indicated on the plan (this sheet).
