It should not be mixed up with residential use of Hallowell & Thetis Cove.

**Please describe your solutions below or sketch the idea in the box provided.** The road restrictions should be relaxed. I do not think that the alterations for the bike path is the issue. Road use is and industrial activity is. The Esquimalt First Nation, Ralmax and the neighboring communities need to communicate on an ongoing basis, outside of the political arenas. We need to be better, more caring neighbors. Our community can and should change the tone and nature of our conversations.
