Phone - Voice only:
I'm the retired journalist who spoke to you yesterday (June 16) at the View Royal Town Hall "Hallowell Rd. briefing" about how I use Outlook Pl., to turn left onto Hallowell, so that I can use the traffic lights at Admirals Rd. to go left safely - repeat safely - onto Admirals.
I do that twice a day when driving my wife to/from work.
Attached is the feedback form. I had forgotten about the pledge, made some time ago, about installing traffic lights at Admirals and Aldersmith Pl.
Driving left down to Admirals, from my unit at 118 Aldersmith, would be simpler than using Outlook.
But . . . can you tell me how much the new traffic lights would cost and what authorities would have to give their okay(s) to go ahead with the project? Who decided to close Thomas RD. and thus block access to the cement plant from Admirals?
I have sent this fax to:
- John Rosenberg, VR Director of Engineering
- VR Town Council
- Sue Hallatt, CRD Manager of Aboriginal Relations
- Joshua Frederick, CRD Manager, Project Engineering
