My name is Chris Barker and we own the house at 2329 Evelyn Heights.

The house currently has an existing deck that is in very poor shape due to rot and deterioration. We would like to rebuild the deck and enlarge it making it more functional. To accomplish this, we will have to apply for a variance to the rear yard setback.

We are sending this letter to you so that you are aware of our intentions and we would appreciate your input. Could you please give us any comments that you may have and then drop the letter back in the mailbox at 2329 Evelyn Heights.
