Mike,
Thanks for taking the time to meet with Richard the other day. Attached is a copy of the restrictive covenant that is registered on title. We also had the surveyor map out the area that the RC applies – the survey is attached as well (see the key plan area). The area impacted is quite a bit south of the area the proposed tower is going.
I understand that your sister is concerned about the tower location. Please let her know that she can contact me at any time to discuss. Both of your households should be receiving a notice in the mail in the next few days.
