RECOMMENDATION:
THAT Mayor Graham Hill be appointed as the Town of View Royal representative for the purpose of the West Shore Parks and Recreation Annual General meeting.
PURPOSE OF REPORT:
To establish a Town representative to the Annual General meeting of the WSPRS
TIME CRITICAL:
The AGM is scheduled for June 13, 2012
BACKGROUND:
The WSPRS Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at 7:00 pm in the Fieldhouse. Each municipality must designate a single representative to act as the Member, as the Directors do not vote at the AGM unless they have been specifically delegated to be the Member representative in accordance with Society Bylaws.
Organizers of the AGM have requested a representative be designated and have also solicited any agenda items for discussion at the AGM.
RECOMMENDATION:
THAT Mayor Graham Hill be appointed as the Town of View Royal representative for the purpose of the West Shore Parks and Recreation Annual General meeting
