A BYLAW TO AMEND TREE PROTECTION BYLAW NO. 695, 2009
The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
The Town of View Royal Bylaw No. 695, cited as “Tree Protection Bylaw No. 695, 2009” is hereby amended as follows:
By deleting Section 24(2) under “Offences and Penalties” in its entirety.
This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Tree Protection Bylaw No. 695, 2009, Amendment Bylaw No. 846, 2012”.
