THAT the Annual Report for Year Ended December 31, 2011 be adopted.

PURPOSE OF REPORT:
To present the Annual Report for Year Ended December 31, 2011 for final review and adoption.
BACKGROUND DISCUSSION:
The draft Annual Report was approved by Council on June 19, and has been advertised and made available to the public for review and comment since that time. Based on feedback from Council, Town staff and members of the public, minor changes have been made and are reflected in this final version of the Report. Additional financial information has also been included from the Director of Finance.
RECOMMENDATION:
THAT the Annual Report for Year Ended December 31, 2011 be adopted.
