Off-Street Parking Review – Request for Proposal

  • Ensure alignment with new Provincial legislation on small-scale, multi-unit housing
  • Avoid doubling up on work
  • If the Province confirms that municipalities can continue to regulate parking for these small-scale, multi-unit housing (i.e., secondary suites, accessory dwelling units, houseplexes, townhomes, etc.,) then staff would add this component to the contracted project.
