A BYLAW TO AMEND THE FEES AND CHARGES BYLAW NO. 958, 2016
The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

CITATION
- This Bylaw may be cited as “Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 958, 2016, Amendment Bylaw No. 1127, 2023”.

AMENDMENTS
Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 958, 2016, is amended as follows:
a. Deleting subsection (fff) under section 2 Repeal and Consequential Amendments in its entirety.
b. Deleting the following row from the Development Services table:

c. Deleting the following row from the Development Services table:
| Secondary Suite Permit renewal | - | $100 | As per Bylaw No. 601 |
d. Adding the following row to the Development Services table:
| Secondary Suite Type 2 Permit Renewal | - | $200 | As per Bylaw No. 1127 |
