Warm greetings Mayor and Council
As fairly new residents in View Royal we are committed to doing as much as we can to be a part of the solution to the climate crisis rather than part of the problem. We purposefully bought a small house (but with a nice sized garden to grow vegetables) and have installed a heat pump and 31 solar panels. Next comes window and sliding door replacements. It’s not cheap but we feel we owe it to the planet and whoever lives in our house after us.
So I am urging you to support the campaign to Sue Big Oil. When it’s properly explained to my fellow residents (View Royalists?) I am confident they will support you and pay the nominal amount to help fund the case.
