Dear Mayor and Council,
Please include this correspondence in reference to Item 13 b) on the June 6th Council Meeting agenda.
Please do not impose a moratorium on rezoning applications. We are in a housing and climate crisis and need to be doing everything possible to increase housing supply and encourage the development of housing, childcare, and other services. There is no time for delay or inaction. You can still decide not to approve certain applications, but please commit to considering them.
