Report dated March 16, 2017 from the Planner Pg.13 - 18 Staff Recommendation: THAT the Temporary Use Permit application for 94 Talcott Road be referred to a Public Hearing on April 4, 2017. 8.2 COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE RESOLUTIONS a) From the March 14, 2017 Committee of the Whole meeting: 1. Request to Remove Covenant EK016366 on Meadow Vale Drive/Riverside Drive THAT the Committee recommend to Council that the Town move forward with the process to remove Covanent EK061366 from the ten properties on Meadow Vale Drive and Riverside Drive; AND THAT the Town and ten property owners cost share 50/50 the cost of the biologist's report, legal fees and the required public hearing; AND FURTHER THAT as a condition of having Covenant 061366 removed, the property owners first remove their encroachments onto the adjacent Capital Regional District park property. COW-07-17 b) From the March 16, 2017 Special Committee of the Whole Budget meeting: 1. Greater Victoria Public Library 2017 Budget and Five Year Financial Plan - Final THAT the Committee recommend to Council that the Greater Victoria Public Library 2017 Budget and Five Year Financial Plan be approved.
