AMENDMENT TO MUNICIPAL TICKET INFORMATION BYLAW NO. 643, 2007
RECOMMENDATION:
THAT Council give first, second and third readings to Municipal Ticket Information Bylaw No. 643, 2007, Amendment Bylaw No. 966, 2017.

I concur with the recommendation.
PURPOSE OF REPORT:
To amend Schedule 11 of the Municipal Ticket Information (MTI) bylaw to reflect the new Business License Bylaw.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
Business License Bylaw No. 952, 2016 was adopted on July 19, 2016 and came into effect on January 1, 2017.
Schedule 11 of the MTI bylaw (see Attachment “A”) is proposed to be amended to allow for ticket issuance when there are offences relating to the licensing and regulation of a business.
RECOMMENDATION:
THAT Council give first, second and third readings to Municipal Ticket Information Bylaw No. 643, 2007, Amendment Bylaw No. 966, 2017.
