Details of Presentation: Converting Choices Transition Housing Facility into a full sober rehabilitation center. Reasons/rationale based on personal experiences/witness to testimony of addicts struggling to get clean/others struggling to get proper help to cope with their disadvantages. Benefits to others and neighbours. Benefits of Choices being a rehab center vs disadvantages of Choices staying a low barrier facility. Dynamics and consequences of a facility that allows addicts to stay in same behaviour of active using addiction vs rules and requirements to stay completely sober and end result.
