Key financial bylaws, including the 2017 Tax Rate Bylaw, received third reading, with Councillor Mattson voting against the Tax Rate Bylaw. Council also resolved to invite two grant-in-aid applicants (Shoreline Community School and View Royal Park Community Garden Society) for further clarification before allocating funds. Following a closed session, Council supported in principle the sale of unopened road dedication adjacent to 2901 Herbate Road.
