BYLAW NO. 975

A BYLAW TO ENTER INTO A HOUSING AGREEMENT UNDER SECTION 483 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT

The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. This Bylaw may be cited as "Housing Agreement Authorization Bylaw No. 975, 2017”.

2. If a portion of this bylaw is held invalid by a Court of competent jurisdiction, then the invalid portion must be severed and the remainder of this bylaw is deemed to have been adopted without the severed section, subsection, paragraph, subparagraph, clause or phrase.

3. The Town of View Royal is authorized to enter into a housing agreement under section 483 of the Local Government Act, substantially in the form attached to this bylaw as Schedule A, with 1071167 B.C. LTD., Inc. No. BC1071167 or its nominee, in respect of the lands located at 105, 106, 107 and 108 Glentana Road and legally described as:

• LOT 5 SECTION 2 ESQUIMALT DISTRICT PLAN 15815
• LOT 6 SECTION 2 ESQUIMALT DISTRICT PLAN 15815
• LOT 7 SECTION 2 ESQUIMALT DISTRICT PLAN 15815
• LOT 8 SECTION 2 ESQUIMALT DISTRICT PLAN 15815
