Landscape Concept Plan Details
Western Site Features:
- Pergola over garbage and recycling provides structure for climbing vines
- New Douglas Fir trees (4) with native evergreen shrubs beneath
- Planting along the north property line features shade-loving native and adaptive evergreen shrubs and ferns
- Colored concrete banding marks the main entry to the building
- Rain garden at west end of site features ornamental grasses, and native shrubs and ferns surrounding a bed of river stone
- New Katsura trees in rain garden (3)
- New Serbian Spruce trees along streetside building faces (10)
- Ornamental grasses in front of wood privacy screens
Central and Eastern Site Features:
- Planting along the north property line features shade-loving native and adaptive evergreen shrubs and ferns
- New Douglas Fir trees (14) with mulch beneath provide visual and auditory screening from the highway
- Rain garden at north end of site features shade-loving native shrubs, ferns, and grasses surrounding a bed of river stone
