BYLAW NO. 982
A BYLAW TO CLOSE TO ALL TYPES OF TRAFFIC AND REMOVE THE DEDICATION OF HIGHWAY FOR PART OF ISLAND HIGHWAY
The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Road Closure and Removal of Highway Dedication – Part of Island Highway, Bylaw No. 982, 2017”.
That part of the highway shown as “Subject Area” on the plan attached to this Bylaw as Schedule “A” is hereby stopped up and closed to traffic of all kinds and the dedication of such highway is hereby removed.
The Mayor and Corporate Officer are authorized to execute all documents and plans necessary to implement the power and authority exercised by this Bylaw, and the Corporate Officer is authorized to affix the seal of the corporation to documents and plans where necessary.
