Letter from Mohammad Akhtar re: Safety Concerns on Helmcken Road

To whome it may concern,

Couple of weeks ago, I had reported my driveway has many blindspots and dangerous visual field of sight as well as a lack of visual clarity that has already caused an accident while I was in a moving car reversing out of my driveway onto the Helmcken Road. My Request to the City Council of View Royal is to kindly review the current driveway provisions for my residence 238 Helmcken Rd regarding adequate safety measures relating to safely accessing the main road from my driveway under the existing constructed model. I am also attaching a photo of another incident on the related road to show "cause" regarding the dangerous concerns related to accessing the main road from my driveway. I hope this exhibit provides relative evidence to the immediate concerns to safety and accessibility that have kept me awake at night and continuously worries me every time I have to drive out of my driveway and onto Helmcken Road. I sincerely hope my concerns can be addressed in a serious and relative timeframe. I will look forward to a resolution to my concerns and feel that my concerns are urgent and requires due diligence, as well as proper safety protocols to provide me and my lovely neighborhood with peace of mind whenever we are exiting or entering the driveway onto our homes at helmcken Road.
