Details of Presentation: With Thetis Vale phase 6 in construction and phase 7 to be build soon, traffic along the 2400 block of Lund Rd has increased. Bad driving (speeding, smartphone use, failing to stop, lane hogging) by both construction workers and new residents have lead to increasing “near misses”, especially now that youth are on Summer break. Measures such as signage, discussion with drivers & developers, and even a town-placed radar speed sign have not led to lasting safe driving behaviour. The residents of Lund believe a permanent solution is required including speed signage, centrelines, median/island and speed bumps/humps. Informal conversations between Councillor Rogers and Limona Development has led to Limona offering to pay for such measures. (provide additional information as an attachment if required)

List any requested audio visual needs: Computer & projector - need to know screen resolution and software application/versions supported of the town’s CPU.
