A BYLAW TO AMEND THE TOWN OF VIEW ROYAL ZONING BYLAW WITH RESPECT TO CREATING THE CD-23: COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT (THETIS LAKE) ZONE AND WITH RESPECT TO THE REZONING OF 1938 WEST PARK LANE
The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
This Bylaw may be cited as "Zoning Bylaw, No. 900, 2014, Amendment Bylaw No. 979, 2017”.
Zoning Bylaw, No. 900, 2014 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section 11.23:
11.23. CD-23: Comprehensive Development (Thetis Lake)

- Schedule "B" Zoning Map referred to in Section 1.7 of Zoning Bylaw, No. 900, 2014, is amended by amending the zoning and zoning boundaries for lands legally described as follows:
Lot 1, Sections 97 and 98, Esquimalt District, Plan VIP64516
which is currently zoned C-6: Tourist Commercial (Campground) such that the zoning for the aforementioned properties is established as follows:
a. The lands as shown shaded on the sketch plan of attached hereto and forming part of this Bylaw as Schedule ‘1’ are zoned CD-23: Comprehensive Development (Thetis Lake)
