Council adopted the Christie Point Housing Agreement Authorization Bylaw (No. 977, 2017), finalizing the framework for the major residential redevelopment, following discussion about tenant compensation and timing. Council also appointed the Chief and Deputy Chief Election Officers for the upcoming 2017 By-Election and referred the Urban Agriculture Five Year Plan back to the Parks Advisory Committee.
