Council meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month with the exception of August; and only the 1st Tuesday of the month in December.

Each delegation is limited to fifteen (15) minutes unless extended or reduced by unanimous resolution of Council members present.

Details of Presentation: CPA is a working group whereby residents and neighbours are working together for a responsible and inclusive redevelopment of Christie Point. While residents have many varied concerns, including effects on traffic density and environmental concerns, I will be speaking about the displacement of CP residents into the current rental market. I will touch on the affordable housing crisis and the 'human element' involved in CP redevelopment.
