TOWN OF VIEW ROYAL BYLAW NO. 973
A BYLAW TO AMEND THE TOWN OF VIEW ROYAL ZONING BYLAW WITH RESPECT TO THE REZONING OF 1342 AND 1352 TRANS CANADA HIGHWAY
The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
This Bylaw may be cited as "Zoning Bylaw No. 900, 2014 Amendment Bylaw No. 973, 2017”.
Schedule "B" Zoning Map referred to in Section 1.7 of Zoning Bylaw No. 900, 2014, is amended by amending the zoning and zoning boundaries for lands legally described as follows:
a. 1342 TRANS CANADA HIGHWAY
- Parcel "B" (DD 31954-W) of Lot 1, Section 9, Esquimalt District, and of Section 16, Victoria and Esquimalt District, Plan 5734 Except Plans 3768 RW AND VIP65339
- Amended Lot A, Section 9, Esquimalt District, Plan 1430 Except Part in Plans 3768 RW and Plan VIP63707
b. 1352 TRANS CANADA HIGHWAY
- Lot A, Block 9, Section 9, Esquimalt District, Plan 1291 Except Part in Plan VIP63707
c. DEDICATED ROAD (PROPOSED FOR CLOSURE AND DISPOSITION)

which are currently zoned R-1B: Detached Residential (Medium Lot). such that the zoning for the aforementioned lands is established as follows:
a. The lands as shown outlined and shown as “Subject Lands” on the sketch plan of attached hereto and forming part of this Bylaw as Schedule ‘1’ are zoned RT-1: Attached Residential
