**Recommendations:**

*   **Quarterly Reports**
    1.  THAT the issue of the development of Mellor Park be referred to the Parks, Recreation and Environment Advisory Committee for initial comments and suggestions. (COW-10-10)

*   **Rezoning/Official Community Plan Amendment Application for 2420 Chilco Road (Former Haagensen/Grieves Properties**
    2.  THAT staff be directed to prepare the required Official Community Plan and Land Use Bylaw amendment bylaws for the proposed 65 units small lot subdivision at 2420 Chilco Road subject to the following:
        *   Staff working with the applicant to develop a more specific Fire Interface Management program.
        *   Staff preparing bylaws to include the new subdivision within the Edwards Park Local Service Area.
        *   Staff continuing negotiations with the applicant with respect to contributions to the Chilco Road improvements and/or Park trail program.
        *   Using any contribution from the applicant with respect to Park trail development to first initiate a trail planning process.
        *   The signing of a section 219 Development Agreement that would include any amenity contributions, required off-site infrastructure upgrades and the Fire Interface Management Program.
    AND THAT staff be directed to waive the Parkland development DCC in recognition of the significant parkland dedication associated with this development. (COW-11-10)

*   **Anglican Churches**
    3.  THAT staff obtain a statement of heritage significance for both Saint Columba and All-Saints Anglican churches;
    AND FURTHER THAT staff initiate discussion with the Anglican Diocese regarding their future plans for the Saint Columba and All-Saints church properties. (COW-12-10)

RISING REPORT From the January 19, 2010 In-Camera Council meeting a) Admirals Walk Lease MOVED BY: Councillor Screech SECONDED: Councillor Britton THAT the Town not renew its lease which terminates on May 14, 2010 with NAI Commercial for unit 103B at Admirals Walk Shopping Centre; AND THAT the View Royal Reading Centre be encouraged to apply to the Town for a 2010 grant-in-aid. CARRIED (Mayor Hill voted in the negative)
