The Licensee would like to request the ability to have multiple floorplans and occupant loads approved for Person Area 02 and 03 on License #303194. We have submitted 5 proposed floor plan configurations which utilize circular and rectangular banquet tables as well as configurations which allow for patron participation (dancing) and a standing reception. The request is to meet community needs for multifunction and banquet space. Such events would include however not limited to: weddings, birthdays, charity events, conferences. Current approved floor plans only allow for a 127 person capacity banquet space, and a live entertainment theatre configuration.

As it relates to the structural change application, the licensee has submitted an application for the change of conditions to allow minors in Person 02 and Person 03 during the use of these floorplans. As a matter of reference, control of minor access is done through the following: Access for minors accompanied by a parent or guardian to the second floor where Person 02 is, located through an external staircase with no view of gaming floor; additional signage stating “No Minors Beyond This Point” posted at all potential access points to the gaming area; additional security present and posted at the top of the escalator and elevator; washrooms are located directly adjacent to Person 03.
