A public notice regarding an application to extend service hours at 1002 Blanshard Street.

To the Owners/Occupiers of properties within 100 metres of 1002 Blanshard Street, the following provides notice regarding an application made by Clarke & Co. at the same location to the provincial Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch (LCRB) to modify hours of operation associated with their food primary liquor license as per the following:
Notice of Application for a Food Primary Licence to modify hours of operation that are currently 9:00 am to 12:00 am daily to 9:00 am to 1:00 am daily. The existing occupant load is 32 persons and is not proposed to be changed.
Residents and businesses located within a 100-metre radius of the proposed site are invited to comment on this proposal by writing to:

To ensure the consideration of your views, your correspondence must be received on or before May 13th, 2019
