Bylaw No. 1026: Fees and Charges Amendment
An amendment to the Town's fees and charges to incorporate costs related to street removal, impoundment, and permits.

A BYLAW TO AMEND FEES AND CHARGES BYLAW NO. 958, 2016
The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
CITATION
- This Bylaw may be cited as “Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 958, 2016, Amendment Bylaw No. 1026, 2019”.
AMENDMENTS
Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 958, 2016 is amended as follows:
a) in the “Bylaw” table of Schedule A: i) delete Row “Street Chattel Detention And Removal” in its entirety“; and ii) delete Row “Street Chattel Impound” in its entirety;
b) in the “Engineering” table of Schedule A: i) delete Row “Driveway Access Permit Application” in its entirety; and ii) delete Row “Residential Parking Permit” in its entirety;
c) In Schedule A insert the following table for “Streets” after the “Fire” table
