Staff Recommendation: THAT Council approve moving forward with an amendment to Business License and Regulation Bylaw No. 952, 2016 to include Inter Community Business Licensing. (Pg.9 - 11)

b) Award of Contract - Information Technology Managed Service Provider

Staff Recommendation: THAT Council approve the award of contract for Information Technology Managed Services to E.S. Williams & Associates Inc. (ESW) at a monthly cost of up to $55 per user and $220 per server (exclusive of taxes) for a two-year term effective January 2, 2020, with up to three (3) additional one-year extensions. (Pg.12 - 14)

  2. Rezoning Application No. 2018/06 - 7 Erskine Lane THAT the Committee recommend to Council that staff work with the applicant to finalize a suitable community amenity contribution package prior to preparing a rezoning bylaw for consideration. (COW-38-19)

Proposed Streets Bylaw No. 980 THAT the Committee recommend to Council that, coincident with the adoption of the Streets Bylaw No. 980, 2019, there be educational materials developed and distributed that highlight the various aspects of the bylaw - such as alternative modes of transportation, parking regulations and the types of permits available - and that such information also note the benefits of the Bylaw. b) Minutes of the Parks, Recreation and Environment Advisory Committee meeting held September 24, 2019 (Pg.19 - 23)
