Mayor & Council,
I am requesting a setback variance from property line on existing driveway from 1.2 M. to 0.0 M. @ 371 Island Hwy.
- Decreasing driveway setback will increase distance from traffic approching from East on Island Hwy. allowing safer access to Island Hwy.
- The proposed new 6.0 M driveway will be shared by proposed Lot 1 and proposed Lot 2.
- The existing driveway has been built and used up to property line.
