2021 UBCM EMERGENCY SOCIAL SERVICES GRANT APPLICATION APPROVAL
RECOMMENDATION:
THAT Council approve the application for the 2021 Union of British Columbia Municipalities (UBCM) Community Emergency Preparedness Fund (CEPF) Emergency Social Services Grant;
AND THAT, once notification of funding approval has been received from UBCM, staff bring forward a report to Council.

I concur with the recommendation.
PURPOSE OF REPORT:
To inform Council that, on behalf of the View Royal and Colwood Emergency Social Services (ESS) team, the View Royal Emergency Management Division will be submitting an application to the 2021 UBCM CEPF ESS Grant Program for purchase of ESS supplies and equipment for the amount of $25,000 to complete the project.
